Delete your Hub: 76 data
How to delete the data Hub: 76 holds about you, and what happens to it.
Hub: 76 · Automata Technologies Inc.
Automata Technologies Inc. is the developer and publisher of
Hub: 76, a companion app for Fallout 76. This page covers the app
listed on Google Play as Hub: 76 — Wasteland Trading
(application ID com.zhentingle.rallyapp), the same app on the Apple App
Store, and the web app at hub76.app.
Hub: 76 does not hold data about you that is separate from your account — your
account is the record. Deleting individual items removes those items; deleting
the account removes everything. Both routes are described below.
Deleting specific data, keeping your account
You can do all of this yourself at any time, in the app or on the web:
- Posts, comments and media: the ⋯ menu on the item → Delete.
- Trade listings and auctions: open the listing → Delete listing.
- Messages: press and hold the message → Delete.
- Gamertags: Settings → Privacy → unlink the platform tag.
-
Anything else: email support@hub76.app and name
the data you want removed. We action requests within 48 hours.
Deleting all of your data
Deleting your account deletes everything below. Any of these three routes works, and
none requires you to contact us first.
1 · In the Hub: 76 mobile app
- Open Hub: 76 and go to your Profile.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Open the DANGER tab.
- Tap Nuke Account.
- Confirm. The button arms after three seconds, then deletes immediately.
2 · On the web — no app install needed
Sign in at hub76.app/settings, open
Danger Zone and choose Nuke Account.
3 · By email, if you cannot sign in
Write to support@hub76.app and include the
email address, phone number or gamertag on the account so we can identify it.
What is deleted
- Your profile, username, avatar, bio and account settings
- Your posts, comments, votes and community activity
- Your trade listings, auctions, offers and trade history
- Your direct messages and community room messages
- Your squads, follows, blocks and notifications
- Your avatars, cosmetics, Influence balance and inventory
- Your gamertags and linked platform identifiers
- Your subscription and billing records held by us
- Your push tokens, device records and sign-in identities
- Your consent records and support requests
What we keep, and why
Four narrow categories survive deletion. They are listed in full in the
Hub: 76 Privacy Policy (§2.4 and §6),
and nothing else is retained.
-
Ban-evasion blocklist entries. If the account was banned for
scamming, fraud or ban evasion, the device identifiers and IP addresses on the
blocklist are retained indefinitely so the ban cannot be evaded by signing up again.
Nothing in that record identifies you by name, email or profile.
-
Moderation and safety records. Reports filed about the account are
kept for audit with the account reference removed.
-
Store purchase records. Receipts for anything bought through Google
Play, the App Store or Stripe are held by those processors under their own retention
and tax obligations. We delete our copy; we cannot delete theirs.
-
Anonymized aggregate analytics. Counts and totals that cannot be
linked back to you may remain in aggregate reporting.
How long it takes
Deletion from the app or the web is immediate, and you are signed out
on every device. Email requests are actioned within 48 hours.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
